E-Verify Has Very Specific Rules of Use…
What You Don’t Know Could Hurt Your Company
How Can You Be REALLY Sure?
E-Verify is a federal program that helps employers electronically verify the work eligibility of new employees to guard against hiring undocumented workers.
E-Verify for employers is an Internet-based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows Employer Agents to electronically verify the employment eligibility of newly hired employees. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) administers the program.
I-9 Okay is an E-Verify Employer Agent working on behalf of our clients.
